Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is materially different from the item ordered

  • Is incorrect or missing from your order

The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, labels, accessories and invoice must be included

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, accidental damage or improper installation

  • A clear unboxing video and photographs may be required for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used, installed, opened or damaged products

  • Screen protectors, tempered glass or skins after installation

  • Earphones or other hygiene-sensitive products after opening

  • Products damaged by misuse, liquid, impact or incorrect charging

  • Clearance, discounted or final-sale products where stated

  • Items without original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase

  • Change-of-mind requests after the product has been opened or used

This does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Return Process

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue

Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.

Inspection and Approval

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. We will notify you whether the return or refund has been approved.

If the item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or defective due to our error.

Replacement

Where available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for an eligible damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
