Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during special sales may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within India is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and local conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Any free-shipping offer will apply only under the conditions stated with that offer.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the order page after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier receives the shipment.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays or high order volumes

  • Weather or natural events

  • Courier-service interruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number and postal code.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please do not accept it where possible.

For a damaged, missing or incorrect product, contact us promptly and provide clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us so we can raise an enquiry with the courier company.

A refund or replacement will be considered after the courier investigation is completed and the shipment is confirmed lost.
